There are lots of things I love about photographing a Croston Hall driven shoot. For one the pub we meet at for breakfast is right opposite my house in Croston, Lancashire. I love this part of the world. As we set out for the first drive it was a clear and warm late summer morning. The only down side was there was no wind at all.
After breakfast and the brief with the beaters and pickers up it was time to get to the pegs. With a team of 10 guns it was a busy day with plenty of action.

Time To Discuss The Previous Drive On The Way Back To The Cars
Its no real surprise at this shoot, it turned out to be a great day on the partridge.
